Fast Shipping
- Items will be typically be shipped on the next business day after the order is received.
- If an item is on backorder, the buyer will be notified prior to and after ordering. The backordered item(s) will be shipped immediately upon receipt, which could vary depending on the item and publisher from a few days to several weeks.
- Shipping rates are based upon the actual cheapest rate costs available.
- Media Mail should only be selected for books and prayer card orders. Items like statues are not permitted by the USPS to be shipped via media mail. If rejected by the post office upon their inspection, buyer will be responsible for whatever additional shipping costs that may be incurred as a result.
- Shipping date ranges next to each type of shipment are estimate times that depend upon the postal service and start once they have received the package.
Returns
- We take great care to ensure all items are packed securely and in brand new condition only (unless clearly stated otherwise in the item title).
- If a product arrives defective or damaged such as from shipping, please contact us immediately by email within two days of when it was received and provide us with photos showing the issue along with your description.
- We will replace any items that arrive damaged, or will arrange the return and a refund of payment be provided, whether whole or in part as appropriate.
- For any other returns, if the item is still in new condition, the cost of the item will be refunded to the purchaser less the costs of processing, shipping, and insurance.
- Any item(s) cancelled prior to shipment may be deducted 5% to cover credit card processing fees.

- Unlike many large companies, we take privacy very seriously and do not share any information obtained with any third parties (other than the bare minimum for what is needed in order to complete your order, such as for payment processing and shipping).
